Executive Summary
AWGPARK is building a trusted digital marketplace for raw gold in Sudan, connecting miners, buyers, and licensed field agents through a secure wallet and escrow-based transaction flow.
BRQ Technologies proposes to deliver the Phase 1 MVP, including the miner and buyer mobile app, agent mobile interface, admin dashboard, backend platform logic, wallet ledger, escrow workflow, notifications, staging, testing, deployment support, and post-launch warranty.
The Trust Flow
The platform must allow a miner to list raw gold, a buyer to purchase the listing online, and an AWGPARK-approved agent to physically verify the gold before funds are released.
The key business requirement is trust. Buyer funds must be locked safely in escrow when a listing is purchased, and released only after the agent confirms that the delivered gold matches the listing. If the agent raises a dispute, the transaction must be frozen for AWGPARK admin review.
Proposed Scope
Phase 1 focuses on the operational marketplace: onboarding, listings, wallet funding, escrow purchase, agent verification, disputes, withdrawals, and admin control.

- Phone verification, role selection, and KYC upload
- Miner listings with photos, weight, location, and calculated price
- Buyer marketplace, listing detail, and purchase confirmation
- Wallets, top-ups, escrow visibility, and withdrawals
- Arabic-first UI with English option
Agent Mobile Interface
- Verification queue and daily operational summary
- Original listing photos, measured weight, and fresh evidence photos

Payment Schedule
Payments are tied to clear delivery milestones so both teams have a simple commercial rhythm.
Recommended Technology Stack
This stack keeps Phase 1 cost-efficient while allowing the system to scale into future banking integrations, automated KYC, export operations, and advanced reporting.
- Mobile app: React Native with Expo for efficient Android and iOS delivery from one codebase
- Admin dashboard: Next.js / React for a fast, secure, browser-based operations portal
- Backend: Node.js with NestJS or Express for structured APIs and business logic
- Database: PostgreSQL for transactional integrity and financial ledger records
- File storage: S3-compatible object storage for documents and photos
- Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, with SMS provider integration
- Hosting: Cloud VPS or managed cloud deployment, selected based on AWGPARK compliance and data requirements
Quality and Security Approach
The platform will be designed around traceability, controlled access, secure media, and clear operational review points.
- Role-based permissions for miner, buyer, agent, and admin users
- Immutable-style wallet transaction ledger records
- Audit logging for top-ups, escrow movements, dispute decisions, price changes, and admin actions
- Secure document and photo storage
- API validation and authorization checks
- Staging environment for AWGPARK review before production release
- Arabic and English UI testing across key workflows
Assumptions and Exclusions
This proposal assumes Phase 1 uses manual KYC review, manual buyer top-up confirmation, and no external banking core integration. Third-party costs such as hosting, SMS, app store fees, cloud storage, and payment or banking provider charges are billed separately.
Out of scope for Phase 1: automated KYC, processed gold bars, refinery workflows, export operations, gold-backed loans, advanced accounting system integration, and long-term support beyond the warranty period.
Open Items to Confirm
- Final platform commission percentage
- Minimum and maximum listing weight
- Bank(s) used for buyer top-ups and miner withdrawals
- Minimum agent cash float and low-cash threshold
- Exact dispute resolution policy and allowed partial split rules
- SMS provider preference
- Production hosting location and compliance requirements
- App Store and Google Play publishing accounts
Warranty and Acceptance
BRQ Technologies will provide a 30-day warranty period after final handover for bug fixes related to the agreed Phase 1 scope. Ongoing maintenance, new features, regulatory changes, infrastructure monitoring, and operational support can be provided under a separate monthly support agreement.
This proposal is valid for 15 days from the proposal date.
